Converts a string to Unicode normalization form NFC by modifying the way in which combining characters are represented.

Arguments
	$arg	xs:string?	The string to be normalized
Result		xs:string

Converts a string to the specified Unicode normalization form by modifying the way in which combining characters are represented.
