saxon:dtd-validation

This attribute may be set on the xsl:source-document instruction to specify whether DTD validation takes place. The permitted values are: yes|true|1 or no|false|0.

DTD validation can also be enabled using the configuration property DTD_VALIDATION or the command-line option -dtd.
