Documentation changes

Sections in the documentation that are specific to the Java or C# products (SaxonJ, SaxonCS) are now tagged as such (using class="javaonly" or class="csonly" on the containing element). This causes the relevant text to be displayed with a colored side-bar; it also allows the text to be displayed or hidden based on a checkbox displayed in the page footer.
