Saxon 12 is currently considered the most stable and reliable release.
SaxonCS 12 is available only in the Enterprise Edition.
To use SaxonCS-EE 13 or SaxonCS 12, you need a license key. If you don't have a current
license you can request a 30-day
evaluation license.
SaxonCS 13 is available to download as an executable, and as a NuGet package. SaxonCS 13.0 is
targeted at .NET 8.
SaxonCS 12 is available to download as an executable, and as a NuGet package. Note that SaxonCS 12.6
and later are built with .NET 8, whereas SaxonCS 12.5 and earlier were built with .NET 6.
